Love Your Length products are 100% freshly handmade, packaged, and shipped by one person. Some of the items may or may not be made in batches, others are made to order to preserve their freshness. Processing time at the latest takes 3-5 business days before shipping.


We are not responsible or offer refunds for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package says “Delivered” and you don’t have it please call your local post office for help. Due to the COVID-19 and for the safety of our customers all sales are final!! We do not accept any returns on hair products, body products, etc.


Refunds are prohibited unless there's an issue with your order on our end.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order  but You must cancel your order before it ships only.


When will my order ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and for your order to ship out.


 The difference between Processing and Shipping?                           

Processing is how long your order takes to be acknowledged and packed for shipping, while shipping refers to when the package has actually shipped via the courier and the time it takes to get to the final destination for the customer to receive.

If I entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

If you mistakenly entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm or reach out to us via email to have the address changed. If the address provided is incorrect, you must reach out to us before your order has been shipped out of our facility. No refund will be given if the customer failed to inform us of the incorrect information in a timely manner and customers will be liable to pay a new shipping fee if necessary.
